- Take two actuations (i.e., approximately 1 ml of solution) and gently massage the foam all over the wet face avoiding eyes and surrounding areas
- Allow it to remain for 20 to 30 seconds
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry

Shipping Charges
- For Prepaid and cash on delivery orders shipping charges are ₹85. Free shipping above INR 999.
- The estimated delivery times are indicative, and on some occasions, there may be unavoidable delays beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive updates on your shipment tracking status page, however it generally takes 2-6 days from the date of shipment to deliver.

BloomRx will be committed to protect the personal information of users and takes all reasonable precautions for maintaining its confidentiality.
RETURNS & POLICY
Return/Refund policy
- Before Dispatch:You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support. Once dispatched or ready for shipment, cancellation is not possible.
- After Dispatch: If the order has been dispatched, you still have the option to cancel it by refusing delivery at your doorstep.
- Combo Packs: Cancellation requests for products that are part of a combo pack or partial item cancellation will result in the cancellation of the entire combo pack/ entire order.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.

Cancellation due to returned shipment: If your shipment is returned to our BloomRx warehouse due to RTO or rejection by the courier or customer, cancellation will be processed once it reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 24-48 hours.
Note: If you cancel an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and they may still attempt delivery. In such a case, kindly refuse to accept the delivery of the order.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Requests for Defective Delivery:
You must raise a return request within 2 days of receipt for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Missing product
- Empty box delivered
- Authenticity/Quality of delivered product
- Used product delivered
- Incorrect/wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Empty product delivered
- Photos and Videos: You will be asked to provide us the photos of the shipping label, photos or videos of the damaged or wrong product sent at the time of unboxing make sure to include everything is the video.
- Refund Conditions: A refund will be initiated only if the products are in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
Return or Exchange Process
- Please get in touch with us at bloomrxderma@gmail.comor call us at +91 8619351223(10am-6pm, Mon-Sat) to raise the return request within 5 days of receiving your order.
- You will be requested to provide us with your order ID and email the images and videos of the product(s) with their batch numbers, if you wish to return your product(s).
- You will be asked to provide us with the photos & videos of the products at the time of unboxing with a photo of the shipping label which is stick to the delivery package.
- We will schedule a return pick-up within 3-4 business days. We shall initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Please note that the damaged product will be shipped to the vendor for investigation. This is to ensure that we can identify any issues with the product or packaging that may have contributed to the damage.
- In case of COD orders, we will require your bank details to initiate the refund. Moreover, as per bank regulations, refund may take up to 7 days to reflect in the bank account.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations. Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service, and we will do everything in our power to address any issues that arise.

- Refund Timelines: Refunds will be initiated within 2-4 business days upon receipt and verification of the returned product at our warehouse. The amount will be credited to the original payment mode Within 5-7 business days from the date of initiation.
