- Wet your face with water.
- Take a small amount of Klin Face Wash on your palm.
- Gently massage it onto your face in circular motions, avoiding the eye area.

Shipping Policy
What is our delivery coverage?
We currently deliver orders all over India except to remote areas or towns not covered by regular courier services. Our trusted courier partner are Blue dart, Delhviery, DTDC and India Post. If you are unsure about whether we deliver to your address, please call on our Customer Service (+91 8619351223) prior to placing your order.
- Shipping Charges: ₹85 for both prepaid and cash on delivery (COD) orders.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹999.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Generally takes 2-6 days from the date of shipment.
- Potential Delays: Delivery times are indicative, and unavoidable delays may occur. Customers will receive updates on their shipment tracking status in such cases.
- Data Privacy: BloomRx collects and hosts user data for providing services and other purposes outlined in their policy and is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal information.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12 AM (IST) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
- Orders Placed After 12 AM:These will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once the order is shipped we will send you the airway Bill Number/Shipping number.
What do I do if my order is delayed?

Delay due to forced measures
Bloomrx.in will not be held responsible for inadvertent delay in delivery due to forced measures like political disturbance / fog / storms / strikes / flight delays / fire / riots / natural calamities / network changes / paperwork discrepancies / octroi / tax related issues, etc.
However, our Customer Service team will ensure you are kept updated in case of any such unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch:You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support. Once dispatched or ready for shipment, cancellation is not possible.
- After Dispatch: If the order has been dispatched, you still have the option to cancel it by refusing delivery at your doorstep.
- Combo Packs: Cancellation requests for products that are part of a combo pack or partial item cancellation will result in the cancellation of the entire combo pack/ entire order.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.

Cancellation due to returned shipment: If your shipment is returned to our Clinikally warehouse due to RTO or rejection by the courier or customer, cancellation will be processed once it reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 24-48 hours.
Note: If you cancel an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and they may still attempt delivery. In such a case, kindly refuse to accept the delivery of the order.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Requests for Defective Delivery:
You must raise a return request within 2 days of receipt for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Missing product
- Empty box delivered
- Authenticity/Quality of delivered product
- Used product delivered
- Incorrect/wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Empty product delivered
- Unboxing Video: You will be asked to provide us with the unboxing video of the products received in the video in case of return for the above mentioned reasons.
- Refund Conditions: A refund will be initiated only if the products are in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
General Returns
For other reasons, you can initiate a return within 5 days of receipt.
Note: Returning for a refund incurs a deduction of INR 300 from the total refund amount, whereas, for a replacement an INR 150 re-shipping fee will be applicable. Replacement completely depends on stock availability.
Return Conditions: Ensure the product is in its original packaging with no tampering. The outer carton should be undamaged, and the security seal and barcode must be intact. Products expiring within 4-6 months from the order date can't be exchanged unless they're wrong, damaged, or broken
- Combo Packs: Returns for combo packs must be made as a whole, not as individual items. Do not open or use any products in the combo pack if you intend to return it.
- Non-Returnable Cases: We will not accept return requests for the following:
- Misuse or overuse of the product
- Physical damage not reported at the time of delivery
- Used or altered products
- Missing original packaging, tags, labels, freebies, or accessories
- Tampered serial numbers or barcodes
- Requests made after the return window
Return or Exchange Process
- Please get in touch with us at bloomrxderma@gmail.com or call us at +91 8619351223 (9am-6pm, Mon-Sat) to raise the return request within 5 days of receiving your order.
- You will be requested to provide us with your order ID and email the images and videos of the product(s) with their batch numbers, if you wish to return your product(s).
- You will be asked to provide us with the unboxing video of the products received in case of return.
- We will schedule a return pick-up within 3-4 business days. We shall initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Please note that the damaged product will be shipped to the vendor for investigation. This is to ensure that we can identify any issues with the product or packaging that may have contributed to the damage.
- In case of COD orders, we will require your bank details to initiate the refund. Moreover, as per bank regulations, refund may take up to 7 days to reflect in the bank account.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations. Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service, and we will do everything in our power to address any issues that arise.
Refund Processing
- Refund Timelines: Refunds will be initiated within 2-4 business days upon receipt and verification of the returned product at our warehouse. The amount will be credited to the original payment mode Within 5-7 business days from the date of initiation.
- Additional Time: It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
Additional Information
- You can expect the receipt of your exchange within 5-7 days.
- INR 150 will be charged as shipping and pickup charges in case of an exchange.
- INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns of non-damaged and correct products.
- Lost or damaged returns are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for an exchange.
- All exchanges will be processed only through cash-on-delivery.
